What is the AGM?
The AGM is the instrument through which members most actively influence the way SECNA is managed.
At the AGM, members can hear our Board talk through the activities of SECNA for the past year, and recognise and celebrate the achievements of our volunteer base and community.
Importantly, the AGM sets broad direction and elects the Directors who will represent the members in the ongoing governance of SECNA.
There will also be an opportunity to meet and mingle with members and partners from across the social enterprise sector over drinks and nibbles!
At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about the activities of SECNA for the past year, and recognise and celebrate the achievements of our community.
Elect two new Directors
Pass a special resolution: To make certain changes to the SECNA Constitution to improve the functioning of SECNA. You can read the special resolution here.
