The Social Enterprise Council of NSW and ACT (SECNA) invites you to join us for the first Wollongong Business for Good Lunch of 2025.

One of the reasons SECNA exists is to engage and connect the social enterprise sector in NSW and the ACT. 

Business for Good events are a great chance for local social enterprises and the people and organisations that support them to build relationships and find new opportunities. You can also reach out for help, ask questions, share ideas and meet some of our team in-person including SECNA's CEO, Kylie Flament.

This lunch will take place at social enterprise The Social @ IPAC, which is located at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre in Burelli Street. 

Please note: We ask that you buy your own food or drinks and help us support this local not-for-profit cafe.

Who is this event for?
Open to anyone, it will be of particular interest to:
- Social entrepreneurs (and people wanting to create a social enterprise)
- People working in social enterprise (or wanting to)
- Local, state and federal government staff
- Local councillors and Members of Parliament
- University and TAFE staff
- People wanting to learn more about or support social enterprise
- Procurement officers
- Sustainability officers

What to expect:
- Welcome and social enterprise sector updates from SECNA
- Community asks and offers - each guest is given an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves/their organisation and then share one ask and/or offer of the community e.g. ‘we’re looking for warehouse space for refurbished items’ / ‘we’re experts in circular design and are happy to answer questions’ / ‘we're wanting to find a social enterprise to run our events’
