Sustainability collaborations and Australian competition law

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has released some guidance about sustainability collaborations and Australian competition law.

In the social enterprise sector we know that collaboration is powerful, but there are certain lines you can't cross under competition law. When it comes to sustainability, how can you work with competitors to get more sustainable solutions and supply chains? Sometimes it's OK and sometimes you'll need an exemption from the ACCC. This guide steps out where the line is and what to do so you can legally cross it to pursue public good (like less waste in supply chains). The case studies are particularly helpful.
